Carolina Tiger Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.

There are so many ways that we show love and affection.  For some, spending quality time with the people is the most important thing in the world!  Others would rather have someone do a favor for them to show that they care.  We all show our love for our friends and families, but you can also show your love for an organization that has a mission that you believe in.  Here you can find lots of ways to show your love for Carolina Tiger Rescue and the animals in our care.

Giving Gifts

We all appreciate getting a heartfelt gift from a loved one.  Your gifts to Carolina Tiger Rescue help make it possible for us to do the work we do.  There are so many ways to give to the animals of Carolina Tiger Rescue.  Some may even surprise you!

Acts of Service

Sometimes we show love by doing favors for those we love.  An easy act of service that can be done for the animals is to run a supply drive.  Our wish list is full of all sorts of items that you and your friends can collect to donate.

Quality Time

There’s nothing like spending some quality time with someone you love.  The animals would LOVE for you to come and spend time with them.  You can volunteer your time in numerous ways!

Physical Touch

While you can’t touch our animals, you can take home your very own stuffed tiger, leopard, or lion to snuggle.  Stuffed animals not your idea of fun?  Not to worry, there are tons of fun items that you can find to take home and remember your favorite Carolina Tiger Rescue animal.

Words of Affirmation

Words of affirmation are wonderful to hear!  You can share with your friends and family why you love the animals that call Carolina Tiger Rescue home.  You can even go a step further and help get the word out by leaving reviews on Facebook, Google, and Yelp!

  • We believe the ideal home for wildlife is in the wild.
  • We believe it is critical to conserve their native habitats.
  • We believe wild animals should not be kept as pets.
  • We believe captive breeding should ONLY be done in accordance with Species Survival plans.
  • We believe all wild animals, both captive and in their native habitats, deserve to be treated with respect and not exploited for entertainment and commercial purposes.

Virtual Field Trips

Education is key to our mission.  We enjoy teaching "kids" of all ages!  Our field trips, both virtual and onsite, are ideal for groups of kids.  Our "Kid for a Day" Adult Camp provides a unique learning opportunity while allowing adults to channel their inner child.  While all of these opportunities are structured differently, in the end we want everyone to walk away knowing more about the animals we care for and what they can do to help protect them.
