Carolina Tiger Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.
Alexis, or Lex, as we call her, has been a part of the Carolina Tiger Rescue family for several years now. She is dedicated, reliable and knows the animals well. She is extremely vigilant and detail-oriented. Lex is great at communicating possible animal health concerns and enclosure improvements to the staff. She can confidently and safely lead other volunteers at almost any animal care task. Lex never shies away from any project and always shows a positive attitude while here. We very much appreciate all of Lex’s hard work and her ongoing commitment to the animals.
