Make a Charitable Bequest to Carolina Tiger Rescue
A charitable bequest is one of the easiest and most flexible ways to leave a gift that will have a lasting impact on the lives of the animals who have found a forever home at Carolina Tiger Rescue.
With the help of an attorney, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift to Carolina Tiger Rescue. You may include Carolina Tiger as a primary beneficiary or a contingent beneficiary.
A bequest may be made in several ways:
- Percentage bequest: Make a gift of a percentage of your estate
- Specific bequest: Make a gift of a specific dollar amount or a specific asset
- Residual bequest: Make a gift from the balance or residue of your estate
BEQUEST DESIGNATION
It is possible to designate a specific purpose for your bequest, but please remember that Carolina Tiger Rescue’s most pressing needs may change over time. We encourage you to discuss your wishes with us and request that any specific purpose be stated as a preference, with the final determination left to the discretion of Carolina Tiger Rescue’s Board of Trustees.
When naming Carolina Tiger Rescue as a beneficiary of your will or trust, please use the following designation. Please note that our legal name is Carolina Tiger Rescue. Our Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is: 56-1522499.
Carolina Tiger Rescue, 1940 Hanks Chapel Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312
If you do include Carolina Tiger Rescue in your will or trust, please let us know so that we may thank you and include you among our Sanctuary Stewards.
