Behavior Training with a Keeper

"Behavior Training with a Keeper" introduces basic training skills used by professionals. This experience provides a briefing on animal behavior and positive reinforcement conditioning. Participants then observe a keeper training one of our animals first hand.

Please note: Carolina Tiger uses positive reinforcement training. Animals are selected due to behavioral problems and may not tolerate observation by certain guests. If the Keeper determines the interaction is stressful to the animal, observations may be cancelled. In lieu, a prerecorded video tape of a training session can be played for those who are unable to witness training first hand.
